Our Management Team

Lee Ferry


Lee Ferry has extensive background in business management. Lee has worked for several major corporations, such as The Hub Group and The Devon Group, serving as Accounting Manager and CFO. Lee’s expertise encompasses over 15 years of business management experience, specializing in tax planning and manufacturing operations management, and analytical accounting for a broad range of industries. Lee has earned many awards for business leadership, including Inc. 500 Awards for 2002, 2003, and 2007 as well as Inc. 5000 Awards for 2007 and 2008. Lee received his MBA from Western Illinois University.

Shannon Tacher

Vice President

Shannon McGregor has an extensive tax background. She has over eight years public accounting experience with a focus in tax. Her background includes dealing with a wide variety of businesses and high net worth individuals. Shannon received her BBA and MPrA from the University of Miami. She also holds a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning.

Paul J. Profio

Vice President of Sales – Southern Region

Paul serves as Vice President of Sales – Southern Region. Paul brings 25 years of varied experience in sales and sales management in the medical services business, the textile business, and the remanufactured printer cartridge business, for companies such as Duro Industries – Sanford Finishing Division, and Static Control Components. Additionally, Paul served as founder and Principal of Pro-V-One Communications, a provider of value-added services and unique revenue opportunities for retail. Paul received his BA from North Carolina State University.

Jared Scotton

Director National Accounts

Jared serves as NCI’s Director of Operations & Marketing. Jared’s background is in sales management and marketing for companies such as M&M Worldwide Marketing, Elite, and Caribbean Cruise Lines. Additionally, Jared has acquired broad operational experience in the hospitality industry. Jared’s skill set includes business management, IT, marketing, and customer service. Jared received his BA from University of Michigan.

Jeffrey Galante

Director of Tax

Jeff brings 40-years of tax law knowledge and experience. He spent 30-years with the IRS in various capacities including Revenue Agent & Tax Analyst, Examination Division Group Manager, and Appeals Division Manager as Area Director, Assistant Chief, and Team Leader. This tenure was followed by employment with Deloitte Tax LLP as Senior Manager (IRS Licensed Enrolled Agent) in the Federal Tax Controversy Services function. For the past 7-years, Jeff has specialized in audit representation and tax resolution for IRS and State tax matters as an IRS Licensed Enrolled Agent. Jeff received his B.S. from St. John’s University.
